These terms apply to the BORK Audiobooks apps and this web site ("BORK"), provided by Modular Dreams Inc. By using BORK you agree to them.
The books and recordings
The audiobooks are public domain recordings made by LibriVox volunteers and hosted by the Internet Archive. LibriVox recordings are in the public domain in the USA; if you are elsewhere, check the copyright laws of your country before downloading or sharing a recording. BORK only finds and plays them. It is not affiliated with LibriVox or the Internet Archive and does not own the recordings.
Using BORK
BORK is free for personal use. Please don't use it to overload or disrupt the service, for example with automated mass requests, and don't present BORK or its catalogue as your own.
Links and purchases
BORK links to other sites, including shops. Those sites have their own terms, and any purchase you make there is between you and that shop. As an affiliate of some of these shops, BORK may earn from qualifying purchases; as an Amazon Associate BORK earns from qualifying purchases.
No warranty
BORK is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The catalogue, the chapter trimming and the links are offered in good faith but may contain mistakes, and the service may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Modular Dreams Inc is not liable for any damages arising from the use of BORK.
App stores
If you got BORK from an app store, that store's standard terms for apps also apply (for the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement).
