Much has been written about Aaron Burr, Thomas Jefferson, John Marshall and other founding fathers who were at the center of United States v. Burr in which the former Vice President was tried for treason. Comparatively little has been written about the conduct of the trial. This book concerns itself with that landmark, precedent setting case.
